~ OUR STORY ~

They met in elementary and fell in love in High School. They were married in the home of Maudie Lee & Homer Horton (Geri's parents). Then Gene ended up over in France during World War II right after their wedding. Gene passed away in May of 2000 and Geri passed away in June of 2000. They were dearly loved and greatly missed!

~ OUR CHILDREN ~

Gene & Geri have 2 children: Randy Roth - born May 11 and Janis (Roth) Cox - born November 28. Randy grew up and married Edna (Anderson) Roth and they had 2 children: Allen Roth - born September 11, 1968 and deceased May 12, 1983 and Becky (Roth) Stuckey - born July 30. Janis grew up and married Charles Cox and they had 3 children: Suzi (Cox) Reed - born August 24, Tammy (Cox) Yarber - born May 18, and Sandy Cox - born July 1.

Gene & Geri have 5 grandchildren: Allen Roth - born September 11, 1968 and deceased May 12, 1983; Becky (Roth) Stuckey - born July 30 and married Bill Stuckey and they have 2 children: Meagan and Zachary; Suzi (Cox) Reed - born August 24 and married Jimmy Reed and they have no children; Tammy (Cox) Yarber - born May 18 and married James Yarber and they have 2 children: Chris & Corey; and Sandy Cox - born July 1 and is unmarried and has no children.
